In most cases, two weeks of daily workouts is enough to improve shooting for the rest of the season seriously. The coach will analyze your shooting, and give you corrective drills specifically for your mechanics so that you can improve relatively quickly. In our camps, JumpShot LAB coaching staff will teach you or your players, how to use their body mechanics more effectively, from defense to offense. For example, sometimes players with good dribble, but weaker dribble versus footwork timing, can't perform at their peak abilities just because of small errors like that. We help players to understand how they can train by themselves in the most effective way possible. Camps with the JumpShot LAB squad are always full of knowledge and experience.
